Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour is a concert film documenting Taylor Swift’s highly successful 2023-2024 Eras Tour. Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour depicts the 10 different acts of the tour and includes the performances of all the songs from the tour’s standard setlist, except for “Wildest Dreams”, “The Archer”, “Invisible String”, “Cardigan”, and “This the Damn Season”. Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour was filmed in August 2023 at three shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California (with permission from the SAG-AFTRA as it happened amidst the strike), and its unconventional release strategy led studios to move some of their October releases in order to not clash with it. The Exorcist franchise has now joined the trend of requels with the legacy sequel The Exorcist: Believer, a direct continuation of William Friedkin’s 1973 classic, The Exorcist. The Exorcist: Believer follows Victor Fielding, a single father whose daughter, Angela, and her friend Katherine, start showing signs of demonic possession. Of course, this unleashes a chain of horrific events that lead Victor to look for help, and the only person alive who has witnessed anything like what is happening to these girls is Chris MacNeil. The Exorcist: Believer is the first in a new trilogy, with a sequel, titled The Exorcist: Deceiver, planned for an April 18, 2025, release. The Exorcist: Believer was released on October 6, 2023.

When Evil Lurks is a horror movie written and directed by Demián Rugna. Set in a remote village, two brothers – Pedro and Jaime – find a demon-infected man who’s about to give birth to evil itself. Although they decide to get rid of the man, the brothers don’t succeed at stopping the chaos he brought. When Evil Lurks was released in theaters on October 6, 2023.

Joshua is recruited to hunt down and kill the Creator, the architect of an advanced AI who developed a mysterious weapon powerful enough to end the war but also humanity itself, too. However, Joshua and his team discover that this powerful weapon is an AI in the form of a young child. The Creator was released on September 29, 2023.

Dumb Money is a biographical comedy-drama movie directed by Craig Gillespie and based on the 2021 book The Antisocial Network, by Ben Mezrich, which chronicles the GameStop short squeeze of January 2021. Dumb Money follows a group of rag-tag investors from a Reddit page called r/WallStreetBets who banded together to put the squeeze on, at least, two hedge funds that had bet that GameStop shares would fall. After a couple of reschedules, Dumb Money got a limited theatrical release on September 15, 2023, and will expand to a wide release on September 29, 2023.
