Paris Hilton cracked a joke about her infant daughter’s future with spray tans in a video shared late last week on social media.
The hotel heiress and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed their daughter, London, in November. She arrived nearly 11 months after the couple’s first child, a son named Phoenix, was born. Both children arrived via surrogate.
In a video the socialite posted on Instagram and TikTok on Saturday, May 4, Hilton held her infant daughter while standing in front of a large rack of clothing. A pink text overlay included at the top of the video set the stage. “POV: your Mom is the queen of spray tans,” it stated.
The video showed Hilton, 43, having a conversation about a recent spray-tanning experience with a person who was out of view of the camera. Hilton, who wore a summery white dress, turned away from a full-length mirror with her daughter in her arms. London wore what looked like a lacy version of her mother’s long dress and had a light pink headband with a large bow on her head.

Hilton explained to the person out of view that she had, without giving the situation much thought, asked for her “usual” spray tan when she got the treatment the previous night. As she then noted, the spray tan had turned up the contrast between her skin tone and her daughter’s.
“Because usually I like to be really tan, but I wasn’t thinking about you,” Hilton said, looking down at London. “You’re so pale.” Other people in the room who were listening to Hilton’s story began to laugh.
“You’ve never been in the sun. And I can’t spray tan you. ‘Can you?’” She took on a baby voice for the question, appearing to jokingly vocalize an unheard request from the infant. “Just kidding,” Hilton added quickly, giving the camera a quick smile.

“Counting down the days until I can teach Baby London about the art of a @tan_luxe spray tan! ✨😂,” Hilton wrote in her Instagram and TikTok captions. She added a hashtag to both captions that reminded fans of the “that’s hot” catchphrase she made famous in the early 2000s.
Hilton’s video attracted thousands of comments. Several fans applauded the humor in her spray tan comments as they dubbed Hilton their “iconic queen.”
“‘Can you’ has me giggling Paris is sooooo funny,” one TikToker wrote.
“‘You can’t spray tan a baby, can you?’ Lmao I love you,” another said.
Others were excited to see new content showing Hilton as a mother.
“Idk what it is but Paris as a momma heals my soul,” one person wrote as another agreed, writing, “Seeing Paris in her motherhood era is so beautiful.”
“She is super cute!!” one TikToker said of London. “And this is hilarious. So relatable.”
