90 Day Fiancé season 10 star Jasmine Pineda is exposing an immigration agent for using her social media to allegedly promote hate speech. 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 was Jasmine’s first foray into reality TV. Jasmine, 36, and her partner Gino Palazzolo, 53, starred in the show where they got engaged in the finale. Their being together was unexpected given that Jasmine was upset with Gino sharing her naked photos with his ex-girlfriend. Jasmine lost her job in the process, but she didn’t want to lose Gino. She did have more differences with him along the way but made things work as she’s now in the U.S.A.

Jasmine made it to America in season 10 of the show and has been adjusting to life in Michigan. Jasmine and Gino’s relationship is perfect in no way, but they have hopes of making it down the aisle, so Jasmine could settle in Gino’s country.

However, Jasmine has revealed she’s been subjected to much hate from fans after he came to the States. Fans are asking Jasmine to go back, and seemingly one of Jasmine’s critics is an “immigration agent” whom she called out by revealing their Instagram profile information including their picture and name. Jasmine directly addressed the person for coming to her social media and “promoting hate speech.” She called what they did a “serious violation.”

Jasmine warned the person that she was reporting them for cyberbullying. Jasmine had a message to share with immigrants like her. “Do not accept hate speech,” Jasmine told them. She also said that discrimination and or racism should not be accepted as a norm. Jasmine suggested they should document it if possible and not hesitate to report it. “There are laws that protect you,” Jasmine said. She advised them that nothing would change if they didn’t report it like she did.

Jasmine recently shared more screenshots from a fan who asked her to “go back” to her country. Jasmine said her heart goes out to all people who are living abroad and experiencing discrimination, racism, and/or hate speech. “We all miss home… be kind to us,” Jasmine wrote. Jasmine hoped that the critic would never have to leave their country, their roots, their family, and their home for any reason whatsoever because Jasmine believes that even under the worst circumstances, “no one wants to leave home.”

90 Day Fiancé‘s Jasmine was hesitant about leaving Panama herself. Jasmine has family there, including her two younger sisters, her mom, and her two sons. Jasmine said goodbye to them with a heavy heart. After all, she was already being scrutinized by Gino’s family who think of her as a gold digger. Jasmine had no friends, and Gino’s indifferent behavior whenever she told him about his family’s attitude toward her made Jasmine second guess herself. Still, Jasmine is trying to build a new life for herself in America now. She’s missing her family and plans on bringing her kids to the U.S. soon with Gino’s help.

90 Day Fiancé airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
